A free trial is limited to one trial per eligible customer or business. We may suspend duplicate, fraudulent, automated or abusive registrations.

At the end of a trial or subscription period, access may be restricted until an active package is purchased or renewed. Your data may be retained for a reasonable period subject to our policies and applicable law.

You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, upload malicious files, attempt to bypass security or package restrictions, interfere with the platform, or access another customer’s information.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and backup of business data entered into the system, including products, customers, employees, invoices, IMEI/serial numbers and delivery information.

Optional third-party services—including payment gateways, SMS gateways, courier APIs and ecommerce integrations—may be subject to their own terms, charges and availability. Future Kernel POS is not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by those providers.

Service availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, hosting, internet connectivity, security updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
